Charity G. Patterson, PhD, MSPH, is a Professor of Physical Therapy and Biostatistics at the University of Pittsburgh. She is a biostatistician and expert in clinical trials with over 20 years of experience collaborating with health sciences investigators. She is Director of the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences Data Center where her team serves as the Data Coordinating Center for many single and multicenter studies. She has over 200 publications in public health and clinical research encompassing a broad range of study designs including longitudinal cohorts and randomized controlled trials for non-pharmacological interventions mainly in persons with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
