Professor Raslan is the chair of neurological surgery at OHSU, Portland, OR. He is a surgeon scientist who focused on cortical physiology, brain mapping, epilepsy surgery, neuromodulation and focused ultrasound. He is involved in the organized neurosurgery and neuromodulation fields. He is currently the President-elect of the North American Neuromodulation Society.
